Photography for me is about a fascination with people, culture, and creatures. I like capturing a moment, telling a story, or making a commentary. I try to get shots that take you there.
My favorite subjects live with me: Josie the Wonder Dog, Charlie the Deaf Dog, Lola (who is scared of cameras), and the feline wrestling buddies Johnny and Soda. We live in Fayette County, Texas just outside of Rutersville. Much of what I shoot is right here in the neighborhood, and photography isn't what I do for a living. It--along with family, friends, animals, fishing, emergency medicine, fire fighting, sports, et cetera--is living.

You Ought to Be in Pictures, and I enjoy taking photos of you that you really like. Individuals, couples, families... at home, at play, in your favorite places... for your family and friends, your website, your professional PR, or your senior photos... We'll get creative, enjoy the session, and you will like what you see.
Because I do this as a hobby, my rates are lower than most photographers, and I am easy to work with. After the shoot, I'll make
photos available online for prints as well as gift items.
I'm also open to working with you on event photos such as family reunions and parties. I approach these projects from a journalistic view. Candids that tell the story of people are what I enjoy shooting.
